4.4 Print Job Storage Setting
These settings enable you to specify the folder that spooled print job is
stored in.

Be sure to click [Check Access] and check whether the settings you
entered are correct.

Reminder
If you change the folder path, the print job within the old folder is not
copied to the new location and can no longer be printed from devices.
Item Description
Folder Path Enter the path to the folder that spooled print job is stored in. You can
only specify a local folder.
User Name Enter the user name to use to access the specified folder path.
Password Enter the password to use to access the specified folder path.
Retype Password Retype the password to confirm that you entered it correctly.
Check Access Click this to check whether the specified folder path can be accessed
with the settings that you have entered. If the specified folder does not
exist, you can create a new folder that has the specified folder path.
