Print Job Spooling Problems

Problem

Solution

When I try to print from a client
computer running a Mac OS, the
data is not spooled.

When you try to print from a client computer running a Mac
OS, there is no notification that the data has been stored.
The possible reasons why data cannot be stored are listed
below.
• The relevant user is not registered in Enterprise Suite.

Register the login user name of the client computer.

• Print quotas have been set in My Print Manager, and the

number of print jobs stored for the user has reached the
quota.

• Print quotas have been set in My Print Manager, and the

total size of print jobs stored by the user has reached the
quota.

• Function Permission have been set in Authentication

Manager, and the relevant user is prohibited from using
the printer.

• Upper Limit Settings has been set in Account Manager,

and the number of sheets that the user has printed has
reached the upper limit.

Because of an authentication
failure, the print job isn't spooled
when I try to start printing.

Check to make sure that the account is being managed by
the My Print Manager server.
Access the My Print Manager server, and properly configure
"Print Job Storage Setting".
Register the My Print Manager application license.
