4.7.4 Displaying an import file error
If the import file for the address batch setting contains a description error,
the Address Batch Setting File Check Result page appears before selecting
the target user. On this page, you can confirm the details of the description
error.
Function Details
Result Displays the result of the specification process for each us-
er.
User Name Displays the user name.
User Group Name Displays the user group name.
Description Displays the description of the user.
[OK] button Ends the Address Batch Setting Result page, and then re-
turns to the Address Batch Setting page.

Contents Displays the details of description error.
[OK] button Ends the Address Batch Setting File Check Result page,
and then returns to the Address Batch Setting page.
