Select/register address book data
When the data is imported, the Select/Register Address Book Data page
appears. Specify the settings according to the desired purpose.
Function Details
Type Select the type (E-mail, fax and SIP fax) according to the
purpose.
Specified Row (Registered Name),
Specified Row (Registered Con-
tent) Select the rows of registered name and registered content.
Operation for Already Existing
Registration Values Select the operation (not overwrite or overwrite) if the ad-
dress book data already exists.
User Name, Password Type in the user name and password.
Select All/Uncheck All Select all address book entries displayed in the address
book data list. Clicking this button again cancels all selec-
tions.
Address Book Data List Displays a list of imported address book data. Select the
check box, and then select the address book data to be
registered.
[Apply] button Registers the address book data with the specified set-
tings.
Clicking the [Apply] button displays Import Result page. For
details, refer to "Import Result".
[Back] button The Select Import Method page appears again.
[Clear] button Clears the specified settings and reverts to the initial set-
tings.
