<When "File import" is selected>
When "File import" is selected in the Select Import Method page, the Import
External File page appears. Specify the settings according to the desired
purpose.
Function Details
Import File Path Enter the import file path.
Browse Specify the import file.
File Character Code Select the file character code (ANSI, UTF-8, UTF-16 and
Shift-JIS).
Import Import the specified file.
Clicking the [Import] button displays the Select/Register
Address Book Data page. For details, refer to "Select/reg-
ister address book data".
Back The Select Import Method page appears again.
