4.13 ImageConverter
An image converter tool is used to generate the image to be registered for
the address book.
This tool allows you to simply change the magnification of an image, as well
as to select arbitrary portion of an image for conversion, and to specify a
folder to collectively convert images in the folder.
4.13.1 Installation
Before starting the installation, make sure Windows is logged on to with
Administrator privileges.
