Open the right side cover, and
then use a coin to loosen the
screws securing the transfer belt
unit.

Before opening the right
side cover, fold up Tray 1.

On the left side, pull to the right
the blue shutter lever for the
transfer belt unit.

Do not remove the blue
lever.

From the side where the left side
cover was removed, hold the
arm, and then carefully pull out
the transfer belt unit.
