7.3 Communication error
Message on the PC screen:
Cause Remedy
• PC or machine system crash during com-
munication.
• USB cable does not connect properly dur-
ing communication.
• Turn the machine OFF, then check if the
USB cable is connected properly or not.
• After checking the USB cable carefully, turn
the machine ON again.
• If you still cannot fix the problem, call your
service representative.
