Message on the PC screen:
Cause Remedy
An error occurred while reading data from the
machine while scanning. • Turn the machine OFF, then check if the
USB cable is connected properly or not.
• After checking the USB cable carefully, turn
the machine ON again.
• If you still cannot fix the problem, call your
service representative.
