Clear the “Automatically detect and install my Plug and Play print-
er” check box.
The Select a Printer Port dialog box appears.

Click “Create a new port”, and select “Standard TCP/IP Port” for “Type
of port:”.

Click the [Next].

The Add Standard TCP/IP Printer Port Wizard starts.

Click the [Next].

In the “Port Name” box, enter “\\NetBIOS name\print service name”.

Click [Open].

Click the [Have Disk].

Click the [Browse].

Specify the desired folder on the Driver CD or PS Driver CD that con-
tains the printer driver, and then click the [Open].

Select printer driver (PCL, PostScript PPD) to be used.

Click the [OK].
The “Printer” list appears.
