4.2 Registering folder shortcuts
Up to 300 frequently used shared folders can be registered as shortcuts.

Specify the shared folder settings on the computer you are using in advance.
You can register folder shortcuts using methods other than that described here. For details, refer to
Chapter 8, "Registering Destinations" in the User’s Guide Scan and Fax Operations.

Press <Setting>.

Press [Register].

Press [Folder Shortcut].

Press [Add].

Press [Shortcut Name].
% If you do not want to register the shortcut name, proceed
to step 7.

Register the shortcut name, and press [Enter].
% Up to 24 characters can be entered.
