11.4.3 Allow Print without Authentication
You can specify whether to allow print jobs without a specified department name or password to be printed
when this machine is performing Account Track. (Default setting: Restrict)
Allow: Allows print jobs to be printed when a department name and password for Account Track are not
specified.
Restrict: Restricts print jobs to be printed when a department name and password for Account Track are not
specified.

Reminder
If "Allow" is specified in "Allow Print Without Authentication", printing can be performed even if account
track is not specified in the printer driver and the machine is performing account track. For security
reasons, use the restrict function.
Regardless of the setting, "Allow" or "Restrict", a job is not printed and it is canceled if any setting for
the department name (password) is wrong.

In the Account Track screen, touch [Authentication Settings].

You can set the time until a communication timeout occurs. (Default setting: 60 seconds)
