Right-click the printer icon, and then click “Properties”.

Click the Option tab.

Select the option, and then specify the installation status from the
drop-down list below.

The installed option can be automatically registered in the “Option” list by
clicking the [Gather Option Information] button when connected to this
machine.
The [Gather Option Information] button can only be used when the SNMP
setting is enabled on this machine and the SNMP v1/v2c (IP) setting
check box is selected.
