DO NOT THROW the used waste toner box into a fire!
- If the waste toner box is thrown into a fire, the toner may ignite and cause a dangerous situation.
7CAUTION
DO NOT put your hand on the fusing unit.
- Otherwise, you may get burned. Be especially careful when the conveyance fusing unit is pulled out.
7CAUTION
DO NOT put your hand or arm between the main body and conveyance fusing unit.
- Connecting terminals of electric parts are located on the rear side of the conveyance fusing unit, and
touching them may damage the machine. Also, putting your hand or arm between the main body and
conveyance fusing unit may cause unexpected accidents. Please do not try to work yourself, but con-
tact your service representative.
19 Lever [TD3] Opens downward for removal of mishandled paper.
20 Discharged paper rack When a paper jam occurs in one of the machines re-
cieving paper from Tandem Unit TD-501, Lever
[TD3] and Lever [TD4] automatically open to output
the jammed paper.
21 Lever [TD4] Opens downward for removal of mishandled paper.
22 Lever [TD5] Opens downward for removal of mishandled paper.
23 Lever [RU1] Opens upward for removal of mishandled paper.
24 Knob [RU2] Turned to allow removal of mishandled paper.
25 Jam position display Indicates the position of mishandled paper by LED
lamps.
26 Lever [RU4] Opens rightward for removal of mishandled paper.
27 Knob [RU3] Turned clockwise to allow removal of mishandled
paper.
