Menus for Playback, Editing, and

Printing Functions

Settings can be made when the image is played back by pressing the

q button.

To start a slideshow

To start the slideshow, press the x button.
To stop the slideshow, press the x button or

m button.

Retouching images [K PERFECT FIX]

PERFECT FIX

Edited or retouched images cannot be

retouched again.

Depending on the picture, the editing may

not be effective.

The retouching process may lower the

image resolution.

Application

ALL

[DIS EDIT], [SHADOW ADJ]
and [REDEYE FIX] are applied
together.

DIS EDIT

Blur caused by camera shake
is corrected.

t q r

displayed during playback
indicate the degree of blur.

p indicates an unblurred or

retouched image.

SHADOW ADJ

Only sections darkened by
backlighting and dim lighting are
brightened.

REDEYE FIX

Eyes that are reddened by the
fl ash are corrected.

to select a correction method,

and press the x button.

to select an image for

retouching, and press the x button.

The retouched image is saved as a separate
image.

Changing the image size [

Application

C 640 × 480

This saves a high-resolution image
as a separate image with a smaller
size for use in e-mail attachments
and other applications.

E 320 × 240

to select an image, and press

The resized image is saved as a separate
image.

Changing the color tone of image
[COLOR EDIT]

Application

Black & white

This changes the image to black
and white.

Sepia

This changes the image to a
sepia tone.

Saturation (hard)

This increases the color saturation
of the image.

Saturation (soft)

This slightly increases the color
saturation of the image.

CEFD

to select the desired

color, and press the x button.

The image with the selected color is saved as
a separate image.
