Toshiba limited Warranty
Warranty description
All Toshiba laptops and tablets are covered by a twelve (12) months Carry-
in or Send-in warranty valid from the original purchase date of your product.
This warranty is only applicable in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
During the warranty period, you can take or send your product to a Toshiba
Authorised Service Provider to be repaired. The warranty covers defects
caused by malfunction of components and workmanship which occur
during normal use within the warranty period, as well as the costs of service
parts and labour required to restore the product to full working order.
As soon as your product has reached the repair facility, every effort will be
made to have the device ready for collection at the earliest opportunity. The
repair should take approximately five (5) working days subject to service
parts availability. Should you require a repair in less than 5 days, please
ask your Reseller if this service is available. Additional expenses may be
charged for this service.
In some countries, a Pick-up & Return warranty service may be provided. If
your product is eligible for Pick-up & Return, Toshiba will arrange your
product to be picked-up, repaired and returned to you. Toshiba will incur all
repair, logistics and insurance costs in this process.
Toshiba reserves the right to make improvements to the terms and
conditions. The latest revision of the terms and conditions are

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights, namely applicable
consumer law.

To activate your standard warranty, please register now through the

Please be ready to provide your serial number in order to register. You will
find your serial number at the bottom of your Toshiba product.
