Pointing Device

Disclaimer (LCD)

Over a period of time, and depending on the usage of the computer, the

brightness of the LCD screen will deteriorate. This is an intrinsic

characteristic of LCD technology.
Maximum brightness is only available when operating in AC power mode.

Screen will dim when the computer is operated on battery power and you

will not be able to increase the brightness of the screen.

Graphics controller

Graphics controller maximizes display

performance. Refer to

Display Controller and

Modes

section in Appendix B for more

information.

Disclaimer (Graphics Processor Unit ("GPU"))

Graphics processor unit ("GPU") performance may vary depending on

product model, design configuration, applications, power management

settings and features utilized. GPU performance is only optimized when

operating in AC power mode and may decrease considerably when

operating in battery power mode.

Built-in

85 keys or 86 keys, compatible with IBM

Built-in Touch Pad

A Touch Pad and control buttons in the palm rest

enable control of the on-screen pointer and

scrolling of windows.

Built-in AccuPoint

This pointer control stick, located in the center of

the keyboard, provides convenient control of the

cursor.

Supplied Tablet PC

Pen

A pen enables data entry directly through the

display screen.

Reserve Pen

A pen enables data entry directly through the

display screen. Supplied pen uses a pen instead

of Tablet PC Pen at the time of loss or breakage.

Some computers in the series are equipped with

a Reserve Pen.
