Problem

Possible cause

Solution

The appliance

does not take

up water when

I flush the

mopping nozzle.

You poured too much

water into the flushing

tray or you poured

it in too fast. This

causes the mopping

brushes to become

too wet. When the

brushes are too wet,

the active protection

system is activated.

The mopping

brushes stopped

rotating because they

encountered too

heavy resistance.

Switch off the appliance, put the appliance upright in

parking position (‘click’), and pull the plug out of the

wall socket. Remove the mopping brushes from the

mopping nozzle and remove excess water from the

mopping brushes by squeezing them over a sink (see

chapter ‘Cleaning and maintenance’, section ‘Cleaning the

mopping nozzle’). Then you can reinsert the mopping

brushes, reinsert the mopping brush cover, close the

mopping nozzle lid and switch on the appliance again

(see chapter ‘Cleaning and maintenance’, section

‘Reassembling the mopping nozzle’). If this does not

work, let the mopping brushes dry (see chapter ‘Cleaning

and maintenance’, section ‘Cleaning the mopping nozzle’).

The tank full/

tank empty light

starts flashing

and the appliance

switches off

while flushing the

mopping nozzle.

The clean water tank

is empty.

Refill the clean water tank (see chapter ‘Preparing for

use’, section ‘Filling the clean water tank’) and start the

flushing procedure again (see chapter ‘Cleaning and

maintenance’, section ‘Flushing your AquaTrio’).

The tank full/tank

empty light lights

up continuously

and the appliance

switches off

while flushing the

mopping nozzle.

The dirty water tank

is full.

Empty the dirty water tank (see chapter ‘Using your

AquaTrio’, section ‘Emptying the dirty water tank’) and

start the flushing procedure again (see chapter ‘Cleaning

and maintenance’, section ‘Flushing your AquaTrio’).

I cannot move

the appliance

forwards or

backwards.

One or more wheels

may be blocked by a

small object.

Switch off and unplug the appliance and then put it on

its side. Make sure the dirty water tank is empty when

you put the appliance on its side, otherwise wastewater

may leak out of the dirty water tank. Check what is

blocking the wheel(s). Remove any object that could

block the wheel(s). Put the appliance upright again and

resume cleaning.

I cannot find the

vacuum cleaning

function.

There is no separate

vacuum cleaning

function.

When you switch on the appliance, the mopping and the

vacuum cleaning functions work at the same time.
