If your vehicle already has security equipment, it is
likely that BMW’s additional security can enhance
the factory-fitted system you presently rely on.
This includes the availability of the ultimate BMW
Approved, stolen vehicle recovery systems, which
are now able to locate vehicles in Europe* as well
as mainland Great Britain. Once installed by BMW
factory trained technicians, the products may
entitle you to a reduction in your vehicle insurance
premiums.

Headlight washer system
The headlight washer system prevents dirt
accumulation on the headlights. This ensures
better illumination of the road.
Fog lights
These fog lights throw a wider beam onto the road
and also reduce backglare.
Park Distance Control
Makes parking and manoeuvring the car easier.
Obstacles closer than a distance of approximately
1.5m are detected and signalled by an acoustic
warning.
Hand lamp
This small hand lamp with storage battery can be
connected to the cigarette lighter and charged as
required. With magnifying glass.
Cruise control
Stores the desired speed (from approx. 30 km/h)
and keeps it constant. Operated from the steering
column stalk. Braking or manual deactivation
cancels the function. The stored speed is
automatically resumed at the touch of a button.
Car Cover Indoor
Antistatic, easy-stretch material. With BMW logo.
Car Cover Outdoor
Thermo-reflective, fully water-proof.
Silver-coloured, dirt-repellent surface. With BMW
logo.
Passenger airbag deactivation
The passenger airbag can be deactivated with the
ignition key so that child seats can be fitted. A
display in the centre console indicates when the
passenger airbag is deactivated.
