Description

Nikon D90

Nikon D90 is a digital SLR middle-class camera, aimed at amateur photographers and enthusiasts, as well as professionals with a tight budget. The resolution of 12.3 megapixels gives you the opportunity to make beautiful pictures with perfect clarity, as well as to increase the photos up to A4 size without any loss in quality.

The Nikon D90 body is made of heavy-duty plastic on an aluminum chassis. Special rubber inserts under the hands protect the camera from slipping. So, even with the largest and heaviest lens, you can be sure that the camera will not slip out of your hands.

As always, the model fits your hand, and the most operational buttons are located under the fingers of your right hand. A large LCD monitor with a diagonal of 3 inches and a resolution of 920,000 pixels allows you not only to conveniently view the photos, but also to easily understand the illustrated menu. The Help button is for understanding the unfamiliar functions.

The digital Nikon D90 is able to cope with the most difficult tasks of shooting. The TTL exposure is determined by 420-pixel sensor, which by the way features the ability of spatial color measurement. The camera's memory contains around 30,000 virtual image exposure. Among exposure modes there are 3D color matrix metering II, color matrix metering II, center-weighted metering or the exact measurement of a 3.5-mm circle.

For beginners and amateurs the Nikon D90 has special automatic modes for every taste, which significantly facilitate the process of shooting. These are Sport, Portrait, Landscape, Macro, Night Portrait, and Child. For more experienced photographers, who prefer to control shooting by themselves, the Nikon developers offered three exposure modes, including shutter priority, aperture priority, manual.

With the user-defined functions you can set auto bracketing of the white. Auto white balance allows you to adjust each shot. The white balance can be changed in automatically, manually, with six presets, making a fine adjustment, or setting the color temperature. Due to the availability of 6 levels of sharpness, there is no need of using filters.

Another remarkable feature of the Nikon D90 is the ability of video recording. The camera can record video with a fairly good quality and a resolution of 640x424, 320x216, 1280x720 pixels at the rate of 24 fps.

The Nikon D90 is offered in the market in two versions: Nikon D90 Body and Nikon D90 Kit. These are the same models, the only difference between them is that the Nikon D90 Body is not equipped with a lens, and the Nikon D90 Kit is a model with a lens attached.
