Steam may be used to froth up the milk for
cappuccino and to warm other drinks.

After you change to the
setting, there may be
some spraying.
The steam emitted is very hot.
Do not touch the nozzle or point it at others.

The green readyĆlamp will go out. The machine is
now heating up.

When the readyĆlamp lights up green again, you
can generate steam.
Frothing up the milk
1.
Half fill a cup with cold milk (1.5% fat).
2.
Insert the steam tube approx. 2 cm into the milk
(do not touch the bottom of the cup).

Turn the function selector knob to

Move the cup with a circular motion to froth up the
milk.

Note: Clean the steam tube as soon as it cools down.
(Dried milk residue is difficult to clean.)
