Troubleshooting

My connection type is Dynamic
IP Address. I cannot connect to
the Internet.

My connection type is PPPoE. I
cannot connect to the Internet.

1. Make sure your computers

are correctly configured and
all network cables are
properly connected.

2. Make sure the cable or DSL

line is properly attached on
your Cable or DSL modem.
Refer the manual of your
modem to verify that it
works normally.

3. Make sure the network cable

between modem and the
router is well connected.
Power off the modem; wait a
few seconds and then power it
on again.

1. Since your connection type

is PPPoE, your ISP will assign
you an account name and
password and service name.
Make sure the Router
connection type is configured
as PPPoE and fill these settings
are entered properly.

2. Make sure your computers

are correctly configured and
all network cables are
properly connected.
