9.9.10 Roadlights High-Beam Indicator Troubleshooting

Before troubleshooting any
electrical circuit, ALWAYS
begin by checking the
following:
1. Fuses.
2. Battery for proper charge.
3. All connections relating to
circuit are clean and tight.
4. Check instrument cluster
bulbs for proper function.
High-beam indicator
stays OFF with
high-beam lights ON.
Unplug instrument panel
and check for voltage at
pin 14.
If OK
Check that wire 154
(BLU/WHT) to wire
24C (DK BLU)
connection is made.
Replace roadlight
harness
Replace console/
stabilizer harness.
Not OK If OK
Unplug wire 154
(BLU/WHT) to wire
24C (DK BLU)
connection and
check for voltage at
Replace bulb in
instrument panel.
Not OK If OK
