To move a bulleted line to a higher indent level, press Shift-Tab.
If the slide you’re working on doesn’t have title text or body text, you can either choose
a different master or select Title or Body in the Appearance pane of the Slide Inspector.
You can also add a free text box to the slide canvas. The text in free text boxes doesn’t
appear in outline view.
Selecting Text
Before you format or perform other operations on text, you need to select the text you
want to work with.
Here are ways to select text:

To select one or more characters, click in front of the first character and drag across the
characters you want to select.

To select a word, double-click the word.

To select a paragraph, click three times in the paragraph.

To select all text in a document, choose Edit > Select All.
Double-click in a title text box and
type a title. The font and text size
are already set for you.
Double-click in a body text
box and type to create text.
The font, text size, and other
attributes are already set.
