If your portable computer isn’t charging:
• Make sure the MagSafe connector from your display is seated properly in the MagSafe power
port on your computer.
If the built-in camera, microphone, speakers, or ports on the display aren’t working:
• Make sure the USB or Thunderbolt cable from the display is firmly plugged into the
corresponding port on your computer. The display’s camera, microphone, speakers, and ports work
only when this cable is attached to your computer.

2. Refer to Apple’s Support website.

Apple’s Knowledge Base, Communities, and other technical resources are available 24 hours a day
at www.apple.com/uk/support/displays or www.apple.com/ie/support/displays.

3. Contact Apple for assistance.

If the steps in this guide do not resolve your issue, contact Apple. An Apple representative will ask
you for your AppleCare Protection Plan for Apple Display agreement number or the serial number
of your Apple display.
