MOLD ORDERING
Complete information is necessary to insure delivery of the mold.
Accurate engineering drawings or sketches are necessary to insure the accuracy of the mold
being built. Molds will not be manufactured until ALL dimensions are clarified.
IMPORTANT
All information on the order form must be complete before manufacturing of mold will begin.
Use hopper size chart. The size of the opening in which the mold bolts up to is critical. There
are several different size hopper openings currently in the field. WE NEED THE DIMENSIONS
OF THE OPENING TO PROPERLY FIT THE MOLD TO YOUR HOPPER. Please write these
dimensions down in the space provided. This will allow us to ship your mold as soon as posĆ
sible.
