The development steps are:

Reference the WSDLs -- Connecting to all of the web service WSDLs
required for your application is the first step.

For information of WSDL URLs and how to find your system, see “WSDL
URL” on page 11.

For a Visual Studio example, see “Getting Started with a C# Example” on
page 65.

Test your connectivity -- For an application using the Service Management
web service, a round trip connectivity test utility is available. For information
about the test utility, see The Batch and Service Management API Reference
Guide
.

Get your application’s API license key -- Each of your web service
applications require an API license key.

For the Early Access program, contact [email protected]
to open a case via email to get your API license key.

For information about the API license key, see “API License Key” on
page 19.

Validate your authentication and the API license key credentials-- For an
application using the Service Management web service, verify your
authentication and license credentials are correct. You must have an
administrator account and password. See “User Sync API checkauth
Operation” on page 46 or The Batch and Service Management API Reference
Guide, “
Service Management API” chapter for the checkauth operation for
more information about how to verify your authentication credentials without
the need to call another operation. An example of using checkauth is a login
screen.

Build your application -- You are now ready to write your application using
the Service Management commands and fields described in the The Batch
and Service Management API Reference Guide,
and the Endpoint Resolver
web service described in “About the Endpoint Resolver” on page 25.

Verify your development environment is using the same or greater system
component versions as the Google Web Services API. See “System
Information” on page 11.
