(30) Installation of (C. 63) SUS Power LM.

※

Please use the installation manual for the (C. 63) SUS Power LM as a reference.

Assemble the (C. 63) SUS Power LM using the supplied adaptor, airflow adaptor,
M6 X 20 bolt (4P), M6 X 15 bolt (1P) and M6 nut (5P).

(ア) Do not use the stay supplied in the (C. 63) SUS Power LM kit; instead, use the

M6 X 15 bolt (1P) and M6 nut (1P) to plug up the hole.

Assemble using the genuine airflow sensor with the airflow adaptor using the M4
bolt (2P) and spacer (2P) supplied from the (C. 63) SUS Power LM kit.

(ア) Be careful with the direction of the airflow sensor.

Attach temporarily the assembled adaptor in step ② to the compressor’s inlet
chamber using the (C. 32) suction pipe, (C. 34) silicone hose φ70 (2P), (C. 36)
hose band L (2P).

Tighten the short end of the air cleaner stay to the chassis using the (C. b) flange
bolt M6 X 16 (1P) and the long end to the air cleaner using the same bolt as shown
in the figure.

Fully tighten the (C. 36) hose band that was temporarily attached on step ③.

⑥

Install the (C. 63) SUS Power LM kit’s filter using the band supplied with the kit.

Connect the airflow sensor.

⑧

Extend the ventilation hose No.1 using the (C.43) straight nipple φ19, (C.44) φ
19 hose and (C.51) clamp L (2P).

⑨

Install the extended ventilation hose No.1 to the (C.32) suction pipeφ19 using the
(C.51) clamp L.
