In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients well. In
a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients and
salt. Add wet ingredients to dry and combine with
a whisk. Batter should have small to medium lumps.*
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Use a pan with
a non-stick surface or apply a little non-stick spray. Fill
batter dispenser with mixture and extrude amount of
batter in pan. Cook until edges of the pancakes
appear dry and form little bubbles. Flip the pancakes
and cook until they turn light brown.
Makes 8 to 10 pancakes.
* For variety, add
