3. Remove the stopper/stopper pin, spring, cap, and lever from the valve body.

Note: The stopper and stopper pin are tightly fit and need not be separated.

4. Compress the cap and stopper together to remove the lever and cap.
5. Clean all parts and reassemble in the order shown.

ECIPES

All drink recipes in this booklet use whole milk, which will provide the greatest

amount of froth. You may also substitute an equal amount of 2%, 1%, or skim milk

for any recipe.

Follow these basic instructions for all recipes listed below, special

instructions may apply.

Add ingredients to the Cocoa Latte and press the “ON” switch. Wait for the Cocoa

Latte to automatically shut off. Dispense the drink into a mug.

1 heaping tsp. Instant coffee

1 cup Milk

2 tsp. Sugar (optional)

Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

Sprinkle nutmeg or ground cinnamon

on top.

3 tbsp. Chocolate syrup (or 1 tbsp.

unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 tbsp.
