Vacuum won’t turn on
Possible cause Remedies
1. Power cord not plugged in 1. Check electrical plug
2. Blown fuse/tripped breaker 2. Check fuse or reset breaker
Vacuum won’t pick up debris or low suction
Possible cause Remedies
1. Crack or hole in hose 1. Check hose and replace if needed
2. Hose is loose 2. Make sure both ends of hose are fully inserted
3. Foot is loose 3. Make sure foot is fully inserted into body
of unit
4. Pre-motor filter is dirty 4. Check and clean or replace pre-motor filter
5. Dirt container is full of debris 5. Empty dirt container
6. Separator grill is clogged with debris 6. Wipe separator grill of all debris
7. Dirt container or separator grill not installed properly 7. Position correctly and lock in place
8. Clog in vacuum 8. Follow instructions on page 8 for
clearing clogs
Visible dirt escaping from cleaner
Possible cause Remedies
1. Dirt container is full of debris 1. Empty dirt container
2. Pre-motor filter missing or installed incorrectly 2. Check pre-motor filter for correct installation
3. Dirt container installed incorrectly 3. Pull out and re-insert dirt container
4. Separator grill missing or not installed 4. Check separator grill to ensure proper
installation
