Disassembly
NOTE: Follow these instructions carefully. The quality and performance of this product will depend on your workmanship as well as the condition of
the used DU/C being rebuilt.
1. Remove two screws securing Front Cap (A) in place. Remove Front Cap. Important: Ensure front cap is reassembled onto the unit it was
removed from.

Remove screws
2. While pressing down on bias charge roller drive gear (to make clearance), remove OPC
drum (B) by pushing on non-gear end of drum.
