Note: All recommended tools and materials are available from Katun.
Important:
• Keep original cartridge packaging for reuse.
• Follow these instructions carefully. The quality and performance of the toner cartridge will depend on your workmanship as well as
the condition of the used toner cartridge being rebuilt.
• This procedure should be completed in a well-ventilated area. Wear gloves and a dust mask during procedure, and ensure vacuum
system is working adequately.
Note: Refilled toner cartridges must be properly stored:
Temperature: 50ºF – 90ºF (10ºC – 32ºC)
Relative Humidity: 30% – 80% (avoid condensation)

1. To begin, remove 2-piece waste container lid by removing the six screws located on top of toner cartridge.

(1) Pour Spout
(1) Integrated Circuit Chip

2. Vacuum waste toner out of waste collection section.
