• The CCM module has six connectors and is
located in module location A. From left to right
these connectors are numbered sequentially (1
to 6).
The channel numbers correspond to the
module and connector locations. The channel
number for the connector on the far left side is
A1. The next connector to the right is A2, and
so on to the last connector, A6.
• The NMS Module has two channel numbers:
The Log Port is $1 and the Command Port
is $2.
• In the example shown in Figure 4-8, the
Channel Expansion Module (CEM) in location
B has 12 connectors, and their channel numbers
are B1 through B12.
• In the same example, the voice module in
location C has two voice channels, C1 and C2.
