The "RESOLUTION" menu enables you to define the resolution
fortheliveimageonthecomputer,stillimagecaptureandvideo
captureindividually.Thisprovidesoptimumresultsineverysituation.
LIVE RES (resolution of the live image)
Defines the resolution of the live image. The following resolutions are
available:
 Ϙ
FordirectconnectionoftheLeicaIC80HDtoamonitorortelevision:
1280×720or1920×1080(16:9aspectratio).
 Ϙ
Forconnectiontoacomputer:640Ч480,1024Ч768and1440×1080
(4:3aspectratio)
IMG RES (resolution of the captured image)
Defines the resolution of the captured image if the Leica IC80 HD is
not connected to a computer. The following resolutions are available:
640Ч480,1024Ч768,1600Ч1200and2048×1536.
MOVIE RES (resolution of videos)
Indicates the resolution of the captured videos if the Leica
IC80HDisnotconnectedtoacomputer.Theresolutionof720×480pixels
cannotbechanged.
QUALITY (of the image capture)
Ahigherimagequalitycanslowdowntheimagecaptureprocess.Two
qualitylevelsareavailableforselection:"NORMAL"and"HIGH".
SHARPNESS (internal camera sharpness)
Definetheamountofsharpeningtobeappliedtotheimage.
