Component Descriptions
Callout Description
1 Lift points.
2 Hinged panel. Allows access to internal components for maintenance.
3 Pressure gages.
4 Pilot pressure valve. Provides control pressure to relief valve, item 17.
5 Relief valve with LED. When de-energized, this valve acts as a dump valve to dump trapped
pressure from the system side of the isolation valve.
6 Spring loaded hand valve. Dumps pressure to return.
7 Spring loaded hand valve. Dumps return to maintenance drain port.
8 Maintenance drain port.
9 Hose connection. Return out to HPU.
10 Needle valve. Adjusts the flow rate of item 8.
11 Hose Connection. Pressure in from HPU.
12 Hose connection. Drain to OUT HPU.
13 Electrical connection. Cable to ISM Controller, J2A (two cables).
14 Throttle valve. Controls opening speed of main shutoff valve (item 17).
15 Hose connection. Return from HSM.
16 Electrical connection. Cable to ISM Controller (J28A).
17 Solenoid valve with LED. Isolation valve shuts off oil supply from HPU and includes
mechanical feedback of the valve position.
18 Hose connection. Pressure to HSM.
19 Hose connection. Drain from HSM.
