To play back your second
outgoing message (A2)
• Press the MODE button until the
voice says ‘Answer Mode using
Announcement 2’.
• Press the MODE button. Voice
says ‘Mode’.
• Press the PLAY button. Your
message is played back. Along
with any concluding message.
• Stop playback at any time by
pressing the
STOP button.
To delete your second outgoing
message (A2)
• Press the MODE button again.
Voice says ‘Answer Mode using
Announcement 2’.
Display shows
A2 .
• Press the MODE button again.
Voice says ‘Mode”.
• Press and hold the DELETE
button until the outgoing
message is deleted.

To record an advisory
announcement (A )
• Press the MODE button repeatedly
until the voice says ‘Answer Mode
using Advisory Announcement’.
Display shows

• Press the MODE button once
again. Voice says ‘Mode’.
• Press the RECORD button within
3 seconds. Your handset rings.
• Press the PHONE button on your
handset. The voice says
‘Recording advisory
announcement’.
• Press the END CALL button to
end the recording.
The unit will then automatically
revert into ‘Answer ON’ mode and
accept calls.
