performance afterwards.

Setting the Timer

To set up the timer:

1. In Sports mode, press the Menu button to display

the menu options.

2. Select Training Setup and press OK to display

the menu options.
3. Highlight Timer (Fig. 55) and press the OK

button.

4. Use the navigation keys to select the field you

want to change and press the OK button.

5. Use the navigation keys to adjust each field and

press the OK button to confirm.

6. Highlight the option and press the OK button
to save changes (Fig. 56).

Setting the Distance

To set up the training distance:

1. In Sports mode, press the Menu button to display

the menu options.

2. Select Training Setup and press OK to display

the menu options.

3. Highlight Distance and press the OK button.

4. Use the navigation keys to select the field you

want to change and press the OK button.

5. Use the navigation keys to adjust each field and

press the OK button to confirm.

6. Highlight the option and press the OK button
to save changes (Fig. 57).

Setting the Pace

To set up the training pace:

1. In Sports mode, press the Menu button to display

the menu options.
