Step 5: Install the Field
Snubber Board and New
Field SCR Module Install the Field Snubber board and new Field SCR module in reverse order
of removal and detailed in Step 4:
Remove the Field Snubber Board and
Existing Field SCR Module on page 7 .

Apply thermal grease to the bottom of the Field SCR module before
securing it to the heatsink.
•
Tightening torque for the screws connecting the Field SCR module to the
heatsink and the screws connecting the Field Snubber board to the Field
SCR and Dual Diode modules is 2.5 - 4.0 Nm (22-35 lb.-in.).
Step 6: Install the EMI
Shield and Control Board Install the EMI Shield and Control board in reverse order of removal as
detailed in Step 3:
Move the EMI Shield and Control Board on page 5 .

ATTENTION: Thermal grease must be applied to the bottom
of the Field SCR module before securing it to the heatsink or
damage to the drive may occur.
