2. Unsolder the wire leads from all resistor terminals. Retain the wires for
reuse.
3. Remove the two hexalobular screws and washers that secure each of the
snubber resistors to standoffs on the back wall of the drive chassis and
remove the resistors.
Step 5: Install the New

• Install the snubber resistors in the reverse order of removal as detailed in

Step 6: Install the SCR
Module Leg Assemblies
• Install the SCR module leg assemblies in the reverse order of removal as

– Tightening torque for the SCR module leg assemblies is 4.5…5.0 N•m
(40.0…44.4 lb•in).
– Tightening torque for the SCR module input and output terminals to the
fuse terminals and DC output bus bars is 45 N•m (398 lb•in).
