Hinge Assembly Instruction for 1/2 Space
Factor Door
These instructions do not apply to sections with series letter “A” through “D.”
For sections with series letter “E” through “G,” the structure has to be
modified as shown by Figure 1. Series letters “H” and later require no
modification. See Figure 2 for door hinge assembly modifications.
1. Assemble the hinges to the structure using the 1/4-20 thread forming
screws provided.
2. Mount lower and upper hinges as shown in Figure 1.
3. Mount the door.
4. Insert the hinge pins.
5. Tighten mounting screws securely to 45 lb/in torque.
