Step 3. Remove all wiring from the three (3) PCB’s on the control panel.
Step 4. Remove (and save) the four (4) M5 screws. Remove the control panel.
Step 5. Remove (and save) the 10 M3 screws. Remove the combined power PCB.
Step 6. Reassemble in Reverse Order:
a.
Install combined power PCB. Torque = .6 to .7 N-m (5 to 6 in-lb).
b.
Install control panel with flex film cables protruding through the slot.
Torque = 2.5 to 3.1 N-m (22 to 27 in-lb).
c.
Install all wiring in accordance with the wire diagram in the instruction manual supplied with the drive.
d.
Install front cover. Torque = 2.5 to 3.1 N-m (22 to 27 in-lb).
