8. Hang the Y pipe muffler in the stock location
using the hanger clamp on the upper outlet of
the “Y” pipe. This determines the placement of
the rest of the system. (The “Y” pipe is installed
vertically.) Install the Y Pipe Muffler, you will use
Hanger C to secure the Y Pipe Muffler.
Note: The Passenger Side Tail Pipe is fitted into the
lower extension and the Driver Side Tail Pipe will
be in the upper extension as shown.
9. Install the Driver Side Tail Pipe over the rear axle
and into the Y Pipe. Confirm that the bend is di-
rectly over the rear axle and secure with Hanger
C.
10.Install the Driver Side Tail Pipe Tip into the Driver
Side Tail Pipe. Use one of the supplied clamps to
secure the junction between the two pipes and
hang from hanger D.
11. Install the Passenger Side Tail Pipe over the rear
axle and into the Y Pipe. Confirm that the bend
is directly over the rear axle, and secure with a
clamp.
12. Install the Passenger Side Tail Pipe Tip into the
Passenger Side Tail Pipe. Use one of the supplied
clamps to secure the junction between the two
pipes and hang from Hanger E.
