3. Place all of the supplied Hangers into
their appropriate locations.
2. Install the downpipe using the factory
turbo clamp. Snug the clamp down so
that it will hold the pipe. You will need
to ensure that the hanger is connected
correctly before tightening anything
down.
4. Weld the catalytic converter to the
Down Pipe
5. Fit the Straight Pipe onto catalytic con-
verter and weld.
6. Slide two of the supplied Clamps onto
each end of the Cross Member Pipe.
7. Install the Cross Member Pipe to the
Straight Pipe, ensuring that the pipe
follows the bend of the truck’s cross
member. Tighten the Clamp that is
nearest to the Straight Pipe.
Install all Hangers
Install Downpipe
