DELETE NUMBER AND NAME FROM THE PHONE BOOK
1. Press
STORE
2. Press or to find the number you want to delete
3. Press
DELETE
for 1 second
4. LCD will display ‘-EMPTY-’ when there is no number
MODIFY NUMBER AND NAME FROM THE PHONE BOOK
1. Press
STORE
2. Press or to find the number and name you want to modify
3. Press
ENTER
4. The last digit of the number will be flashing
5. Press to modify the flashing number or press
DELETE
to delete flashing number or press the number
key you wish to add
6. Press
ENTER
to confirm
7. The last letter of the name will be flashing
8. Press
DELETE
to delete the flashing letter or press the keypad digit for the letter you wish to add
9. Press
ENTER
to confirm
DIALLING FROM PHONE BOOK
1. Under On-Hook status, press
STORE
, the phone book reviewing status has been entered
2. Press or to find the number you want to dial out. The LCD will display the number and name
3. Press
CALL BACK / PAUSE
and the number will be dialled
COPY NUMBER FROM CALL LOG TO THE PHONE BOOK
1. Press or to select the number you wish to copy to the phonebook
2. Press
STORE
3. LCD will display “COPY TO ?”
4. Press “0 - 9” to store the number to the memory
You must contact your line provider and subscribe to Caller Display with them before the Caller ID
function on this phone will work.
