FEATURES GUIDE
A. POWER SWITCH: Fig.1. Located
at the back of the machine applies
power to the laminator. The LED
display panel will illuminate when
position marked “l” is pushed. The
off position, marked “O”, removes
power from the laminator.
A1.FAN SWITCH: Fig. 1. Located at
the back of the machine applies
power to the fans when position
marked (
) is pushed. The off
position marked ( ) removes
power from the fans.
B. CONTROL PANEL: Fig. 2
Display: READY: Indicates when
the laminator has sufficient heat.
Flashes if heat is out of range.
SPEED: Indicates the speed setting
of the motor.
TEMPERATURE: Displays the
programmed temperature setting in
either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
Function: HOT ( ): When
pressed, automatically sets the
temperature to 230 ºF (110 ºC).
COLD ( ) : When pressed,
removes power to the heaters for
cold lamination.
RUN ( ) : Activates rollers for
normal operation.
STOP ( ) : When pressed, stops
the rotation of the rollers.
REV ( ) : Reverses roller
movement to clear jams and wrap-
ups.
MEAS ( ) : Used to read the
current temperature of the rollers.
TEMP ( ) : Overrides the preset
temperature, increasing to the
desired setting.
TEMP ( ) : Overrides the preset
temperature, decreasing to the
desired setting.
SPEED ( ) : When pressed,
increases speed to the desired
setting.
SPEED ( ) : When pressed,
decreasing speed to the desired
setting.
CARATTERISTICHE
A. INTERRUTTORE DI RETE: Figura
1. Posto sulla parte posteriore
destra della macchina, l’interruttore
consente il passaggio di corrente
alla macchina. Quando viene
premuta la posizione
contrassegnata con “I”, il pannello
di visualizzazione a cristalli liquidi si
illuminerà. La posizione
contrassegnata con “O” interrompe
il passaggio di corrente alla
plastificatrice).

VENTILAZIONE: Figura 1.
Posizionato sul retro della
macchina, alimenta i ventilatori
quando si preme la posizione (
).
La posizione di spento, indicata con
(
) sospende l’energia ai
ventilatori.
B. PANNELLO DI CONTROLLO:

Pannello LED: READY (PRONTO):
Indica che la plastificatrice è
sufficientemente riscaldata.
SPEED (VELOCITÁ): Indica
l’impostazione della velocità del
motore.
TEMPERATURE (TEMPERATURA):
Visualizza l’impostazione
programmata di temperatura sia in
gradi Fahrenheit che Celsius.
Funzione: HOT (CALDO) ( ) :
Quando premuto, imposta
automaticamente la temperatura a
110 ºC (230 ºF).
COLD (FREDDOO) ( ) : Quando
premuto, toglie l’energia ai rulli di
riscaldamento per la plastificazione
a freddo.
RUN (AVVIO) ( ) : Attiva i rulli per
la plastificazione normale.
STOP (STOP) ( ) : Quando
premuto, ferma la rotazione dei rulli.
REV (INVERSIONE) ( ) : Inverte il
senso di marcia dei rulli per eliminare
inceppamenti e riavvolgimenti.
MEAS (MISURA) ( ) : Indica la
temperatura dei rulli al momento.
TEMP ( ) : Esclude la
temperatura preimpostata
aumentandola al valore desiderato.
TEMP ( ) : Esclude la
temperatura preimpostata
diminuendola al valore desiderato.
SPEED (VELOCITÀ) ( ) :
Quando premuto, aumenta la
velocità al valore desiderato.
SPEED (VELOCITÀ) ( ) :
Quando premuto, riduce la velocità
al valore desiderato.
