Connecting Your iPod

1. Connect your iPod onto the connector of the iPod docking bracket on the right side of the unit.

Notes:
• Your iPod will charge automatically (till fully charged) once it is connected and the iPOD / DVD switch is slided

to the iPOD position.

• Push the iPod docking bracket back into the unit when not connecting your iPod.

Warning: To prevent damage to the unit and/or your iPod, connect or remove your iPod when the unit is powered
off or the unit is not in iPod mode.

Caution: Due to the iPod limitation, not all functions of some iPod models can be controlled via the remote control
of this unit. If necessory, operate on your iPod directly.

Compatible iPod Types:

• iPod nano 3rd generation (video) 4GB 8GB
• iPod 5th generation (video) 30GB 60GB 80GB
• iPod classic 80GB 160GB
• iPod touch 8GB 16GB 32GB

Playing Music

1. In iPod Home menu, use the / button to select Music and press the ENTER button.
2. Use the / and ENTER button to navigate the iPod menu lists and select a song, press the ENTER button to

begin playback.

(If necessory, operate on your iPod directly. For iPod Touch, touch the iPod screen to begin playback.)
• Press

the PAUSE button to pause playback, press the PLAY button to resume playback.

• Press

the PREV button to skip to the current / previous song.

• Press

the NEXT button to skip to the next song.

• Press

the /

SEARCH button to begin fast reverse / forward, press the PLAY button to resume normal

playback.

3. Press the MENU button to go back to the previous menu.

2. Turn on the unit, slide the iPOD / DVD switch to the iPOD position.

Your iPod will be connected automatically, following screen appears.

1) Pull the iPod docking bracket out.
2) Slide the locker to the top to have enough space to place your iPod.
3) Connect your iPod onto the connector of the iPod docking bracket.
4) Slide the locker down to lock your iPod.
Note: Carefully hold your iPod touch when lock it. Be careful not
touch the On/Off button on the top of your iPod touch to turn it off.
