1. Before operating on the torch, switch off
the welder.
2. Remove nozzle.
3. Make sure that liner and contact tip
match with diameter of welding wire.
4. Remove any burrs or sharp points from
end before fitting into torch.
5. Open the wire spool cover and insert
the spool into spool shell (wire feeds
from top).
6. Adjust the friction nut on the spool shaft
to find the correct wire tension
