1. Attach the half tube
clamps with two 5/16” x
3/4” bolts and washer-
locknuts.
2. Attach the swivel bracket
to bottom tube clamp
with one 5/16” x 3/4” bolt
and locknut.
3. Screw the t-bolt into box
clamp, then attach box
clamp to swivel bracket
with one 5/16” x 3/4” bolt
and locknut.
