The raw RFU spreadsheet includes the type of information shown in Table 19.
Normalized RFU Spreadsheet
Select the Normalized RFU spreadsheet to view normalized fluorescence readings for each
well. Negative wells do not appear in this spreadsheet because they are excluded from
normalized processing (Figure 36).
